1. Scope of this site

This site describes the services of Stratega Studio B.V. — automation, product development, design, and ongoing operation of software. The information published here is informational and commercial in nature, and does not constitute a binding offer.

2. Engaging our services

Any engagement is subject to a proposal setting out scope, schedule, fees, and specific conditions accepted by both parties. Where this site and a signed proposal or contract differ, the agreed document prevails for that project.

3. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for the information, materials, access, databases, credentials, content, images, names, trademarks, and personal data they provide so that the work can be delivered.

If a client shares personal data belonging to their own clients, prospects, staff, or other third parties, they confirm that they hold the authorisations, consents, or legal bases required for that use, and they remain responsible for its processing, accuracy, and legality.

4. How we handle data

Stratega Studio does not process personal data through this site beyond the contact details voluntarily submitted to request information. Within a project, the handling, authorisation, and any exchange of client or third-party data remain the client's responsibility, as set out in the applicable proposal or data processing terms.

5. Results and guarantees

Our work aims to remove manual effort, improve how a business operates, and make its systems more reliable. We do not guarantee specific commercial results, revenue, search rankings, social media metrics, or the decisions of third parties.

6. Intellectual property

The methods, frameworks, architectures, internal tooling, templates, and systems belonging to Stratega Studio remain the property of their respective owners unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Deliverables developed specifically for a client may be used by that client as set out in the applicable proposal or contract.

7. External tools and integrations

Some services require third-party tools and platforms: hosting, automation, CRM, email, analytics, payments, AI providers, or social networks. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the client is responsible for their own accounts, permissions, costs, terms of use, and the data held on those platforms.

8. Use of this site

You agree not to use this site for unlawful purposes, to send false information, to attempt unauthorised access, to interfere technically with it, or for any activity that could affect its operation or the reputation of Stratega Studio.

9. Changes

Stratega Studio may update these terms when necessary. The version in force is the one published on this page.
