We use these details only to answer your enquiry, arrange a conversation, assess whether there is a fit with the work we do, and follow up reasonably on the request we received.

We do not sell contact data, build advertising profiles, or share information with third parties for purposes unrelated to the request you made.

3. Tools and providers

Data sent through the form may be processed using the technical tools we need to receive and answer it — form intake, automation, CRM, email, and internal project tooling. Those tools act as operational providers in the contact process.

4. Client and third-party data

This website does not ask for personal data about your own clients, prospects, staff, or any other third party. Any personal, commercial, or confidential information a client chooses to share with us during an engagement remains the client's responsibility, including having the authorisations, legal bases, or consents required for that use.

The client is responsible for the legality, accuracy, and relevance of the data they provide so that we can deliver the work.

We keep contact details for as long as needed to handle the request, follow up on the conversation, and meet reasonable administrative obligations. You can ask us to delete or update your details by writing to hola@stratega.studio.
