Stratega Studio B.V. — Eindhoven

We turn the work that eats your week into software.

A studio in Eindhoven built around three disciplines — product, engineering, and design — with a senior specialist in each. We build the systems that run a business day to day, and we run our own, with paying customers, so we know exactly what happens after launch.

The problem

The business only works when someone is watching it.

Every new client is handled by hand. The information lives in WhatsApp, in a spreadsheet, and in someone's head. Nothing happens unless a person remembers to make it happen.

It works — until it doesn't. Growth stops at the number of hours you have, and the only way to take on more is to hire someone to do the same manual work faster.

That's the ceiling we remove.

What we do

Three ways we help.

01

Automate the repetitive work

The intake forms, the follow-up messages, the reports you rebuild every month, the file you send every client. If a person is doing it the same way every time, software should be doing it instead.

02

Turn your service into a product

You've built something that works. We build the version of it that can serve a hundred customers without you in the room for every one of them — with the boring parts handled: payments, access, privacy, support.

03

Keep it running

This is the part most people skip. We don't hand over a folder of code and disappear. We stay on for the launch, the first real customers, and the problems that only show up at three in the morning.

Where we started

Our first client was in the next room.

Stratega is the company behind Jimena Alzamora Image Strategy, an executive image and positioning consultancy working with senior professionals across Europe, Latin America, and Asia.

Running it is what taught us the problem. Jimena had built a real method — a framework of her own for how a professional's image and positioning gets assessed, decided, and delivered, the same way every time. But the method lived in her head and in her hours. The questionnaires, the follow-ups, the files, the final deliverable: all by hand, all stopping the moment she stopped.

So we built the software that turned the method into a system. It worked well enough that other consultants asked for it, and that software is now VestirStudio and Postbeat — running businesses that have nothing to do with ours.

That's the work we do for other people now: taking something a business already knows how to do well, and making it run without the person who invented it.

Our work

We use everything we sell.

These aren't case studies from three years ago. They're live businesses, with customers paying every month, and we're the ones who answer when something breaks.

VestirStudio

live in Brazil and Peru

Image consultants used to run their practice out of WhatsApp threads, PDF questionnaires and folders of photos — and could only handle as many clients as they could keep in their head. VestirStudio gives them one place for all of it: the intake, the client's file, the analysis, the final delivery. They take on more clients without the work growing at the same rate. More than 100 professional image consultants run their business on it today.

Postbeat

content, without the content person Instagram · LinkedIn

Posting consistently on Instagram and LinkedIn is a part-time job most small businesses can't afford to staff. Postbeat plans the month, writes the captions, creates the images, and publishes to Instagram and LinkedIn — so the accounts stay alive during the weeks the owner is busy doing actual work.

Stratega OS

the system underneath Not publicly available

One place where a small business keeps its clients, its work, and its numbers — reachable from WhatsApp, with nothing new to install and nothing new to learn. It isn't sold on its own: we use it with our own clients to enforce and optimise the procedures their business already runs on.

Jimena Alzamora Image Strategy

the consultancy we run

The business this all started with, working across three countries on the systems above.

Client work

We led technology and product for a gamified tourism platform for Lima and Peru — from the architecture through to launch. Every engagement is a custom solution shaped to what the business actually needs. We never sell you anything you don't need — that is the principle.

How we work

A full product team, without the agency around it.

Most projects need three things done well: someone who knows what to build, someone who can build it properly, and someone who makes it worth using. Getting all three usually means hiring three vendors and refereeing between them. Here they sit at the same table.

Product

LinkedIn →

An industrial engineer with a decade in international banking, consulting and strategic leadership, and a senior product career behind her. Scope, priorities, and what to cut before it gets built.

Engineering

LinkedIn →

A systems engineer with ten years across software, cloud infrastructure and security, specialised in identity and access. Built right the first time rather than patched after an incident.

Design

Behance →

Visual identity and interface, in-house. How it looks and reads is decided while the thing is still being shaped, not applied at the end.

No one junior in the chain

The people you meet are the people doing the work. Nothing gets handed down after the sales call, because there's no one to hand it to.

We start by mapping, not building

Projects start with a short paid review: what you do by hand today, what's worth automating, what it costs, and what it's worth. You get a document you can act on — with us or without us.

Under the hood

For whoever you forward this to.

Ten years in systems engineering and security, most of it in identity and access — the part that decides who can see what, and the part that gets a company in trouble when it's wrong. Multi-tenant architecture with real isolation between customers, encrypted personal data, and systems designed so that even we can't read our customers' client information.

Python, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker. Keycloak, OAuth2/OIDC, OPA, SPIFFE.

Contact

Tell us what you're building.

One of us reads every message and replies personally. If it isn't a fit, we'll say so quickly — that's usually the more useful answer anyway.
